Car Salesperson at Karmauto

Karmauto is a personal car dealer and an authorized dealer of Mazda and Hyundai. Their full-service facility is centrally located in Gothenburg and easily accessible via the city's various transport options. The company currently employs about 16 people dedicated to meeting customer needs and providing the best service.

Do you love cars and have previous experience in car sales? Are you passionate about creating fantastic customer experiences? Then you might be the person we are looking for at our friendly client company, Karmauto in Gothenburg.

At Karmauto, you will be a key person, where each day is varied and full of opportunities. You greet customers with energy and knowledge, listen to their needs, and help them find the right car, options, and financing solutions. Test drives and advice, where professional business closures and customer follow-ups become part of your everyday routine - always with a focus on building long-term relationships. The sales team consists of four people who support each other to achieve the company's and individual goals.

Furthermore, you will also handle administrative tasks such as contracts, registration, and delivery, and keep yourself updated on our new and used car models and their technical specifications and functionalities. Together with the company's service department, finance companies, and colleagues, you ensure a smooth and positive customer journey.

We are looking for someone with at least 3-5 years of documented experience in car sales, and previous experience in new car sales is an advantage. You should enjoy working proactively and have experience in your own outreach sales in addition to the customers who come to the showroom. A B driver's license is required, and experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools is highly desirable.
