Main Responsibilities

• Trainee in store management according to New Yorker's concept
• Co-responsible for sales, turnover, and inventory
• Responsible for the daily operations of the store in the absence of management
• Familiarize yourself with and assist store management with sales administration such as key financial figures
• Assist store management in development, training, and creating motivation within the team.
• All tasks occurring in the store
• Collaboration with other departments in a team-oriented New Yorker

Your Profile

• We prefer that you are over 18 years old
• High school education and preferably higher education in management, economics, and/or commerce and fashion
• At least 1 year of experience in retail and a talent for sales
• Preferably experience in sales and personnel administration and management
• Leadership ability and the ability to coach your employees
• Communicative, clear, and responsive
• Driven, self-sufficient, and structured
• Engaged and team-oriented
• Flexible, stress-resistant, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• High fashion awareness and preferably experience from the fashion industry
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English; knowledge of German and good Excel skills are a plus
