Assistant Store Manager

Main Responsibilities

• Management of the store in the absence of the store manager according to New Yorker's concept
• Co-responsible for sales, turnover, and inventory
• Responsible for the daily operations of the store
• Monitoring of key financial indicators
• Leading and motivating the team
• Training and continuous development of employees
• Sales administration
• All tasks occurring in the store
• Collaboration with other departments in a team-oriented New Yorker

Your Profile

• High school education and preferably higher education in management, economics, and/or trade and fashion
• At least 2 years of experience in retail and a talent for sales
• Experience in sales administration and preferably personnel administration, personnel management, and business acumen
• Leadership ability and the ability to coach your employees
• Communicative, clear, and receptive
• Driven, self-sufficient, and structured
• Engaged and team-oriented
• Flexible, stress-resistant, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• High fashion awareness and preferably experience from the fashion industry
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, knowledge of German is a plus, as well as good knowledge of Excel
