We are now looking for a driven & passionate head waiter to our family-oriented team at Rindö for at least every other weekend & high season.
We are looking for someone with a good eye for what needs to be done & who can set the tone for the entire guest experience. You greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring that every visit becomes something to remember.
With us, both employees & guests should feel at home!
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests
- Be responsible for table placement and flow in the restaurant
- Lead and support the serving staff during service
- Handle bookings
- Collaborate and communicate with the kitchen
- Ensure that the opening and closing of the restaurant follows procedures
- Be structured and see what needs to be done
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in the service industry
- Is confident in the service profession and has a professional demeanor
- Is stress-resistant, structured, and solution-oriented
