Our clients have LSS decisions and extensive care needs. The goal of our operations is to create a meaningful and dignified life based on the individual's conditions. With us, you will constantly learn new things in a dynamic environment with eventful days.
As an hourly substitute, you are expected to work irregular hours scheduled during the day, evening, weekend, awake night, and sleeping on-call. Possible working hours include: Day 06/07 - 14/15, evening 14/15 - 22, weekend and awake night 21.30 - 08, or sleeping on-call: work 14 - 22, sleeping on-call on-site, work 07 - 10.

You will consider each individual's needs to ensure that everyday life is as predictable, safe, and joyful as possible.
You are expected to maintain contact with other actors in the client's network. In this role, you are also expected to help develop the operations based on the municipality's values, routines, and guidelines, as well as work with, for example, alternative and augmentative communication, language development activities, and low-arousal approaches.
