Our Operations

The team for Temporarily Strengthened Efforts (TFI) is part of the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry's enhanced outpatient care. The team's mission is to carry out short intensive outpatient interventions. The purpose of the interventions is to quickly stabilize child psychiatric patients. The interventions are directed towards the individual, family, and the broader context surrounding the child/adolescent based on where the need is assessed to be greatest. We work in pairs around each family. The interventions are mobile and primarily take place in the home, but can also occur at the clinic. Working hours are scheduled during office hours.

There are four full-time positions in the team, of which three are filled by practitioners with extensive experience in child and adolescent psychiatry and/or social work. Competence exists, among other things, in the family therapeutic method FFT. Within the TFI position, there is the opportunity in certain cases to carry out longer treatment interventions.

Your Mission

You will contribute to tailoring stabilizing interventions for families based on your knowledge perspective. As part of the team, you will contribute your specific qualifications and competencies.

It includes being involved in the development work of the team's mission and working methods.

Your Qualifications

Requirements

You who are applying have relevant healthcare education or education in social work. This means that you can be a caregiver, occupational therapist, social worker, psychologist, psychiatric nurse, etc.

Meritorious

We would like you to have experience in child psychiatric work. It is meritorious to have experience working with patient groups with psychotic symptoms and/or self-harming behavior/suicidal behavior. It is also an advantage if you have experience working with children with low functional levels. If you have training/experience in family therapy, it is considered a merit.

Your Competence

We see that you who are applying have good collaboration skills and an openness to new/other knowledge perspectives. You are a stable person with good self-esteem and a sense of security in your professional role. You are creative and flexible and have the ability to see situations from a holistic perspective. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.

PRACTICAL REQUIREMENTS

You need to be able to visit homes where animals are present. A driver's license (B) is a requirement. Before the appointment of the position, an extract from the suspicion and criminal record will be obtained.
