About me:

I am a social and fun-loving 27-year-old man. Training is my great passion, and I train in the sport of Framerunning at an elite level several times a week.

About you:

As a person, I hope you are down-to-earth and simple. It is important to me that you are empathetic and attentive. I value that you are interested in cooking and good at communicating. It would also help if you have creativity. I wish for you to be interested in sports and in good physical shape. A few times a year, I travel to compete, both within and outside Sweden. It is a requirement that you hold a B driver's license, and it is a plus if you are smoke-free and preferably a man aged 25 and up.

Staffing:

This position includes an extended (and compensated) staffing assignment, which means that in some weeks you must be available at times other than working hours to call in a substitute or step in and assist when intervention is required. This is Assistans i Balans's way of ensuring that our clients always have a familiar assistant by their side. The assignment is shared by all assistants working on a regular schedule.

The position:

Is 60% day shifts on a rolling schedule. To be hired, you must present valid ID, a police record extract, and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden.
