Job Responsibilities

As a trainee, you will be placed within the business area of Economics and Strategy, and from that starting point, work on projects across Skövde Energi. This gives you the opportunity to understand our operations and business areas and to work on both operational and strategic tasks within different parts of the company. By participating in various projects, you will develop both your technical and analytical skills while having the opportunity to take initiative and shape solutions to important issues within the company. You will play a key role where you will work with a wide range of tasks and gain an overview of the entire operation.

During the period, you will share experiences with other trainees at Växsjö and Jönköping Energi. You will have the opportunity to dive into different parts of the operations and develop in an industry that is facing exciting challenges and opportunities. Through collaboration across company borders, we offer mentorship between energy companies, coordinated study visits, and insights into the future of the industry to provide you with the best conditions for development, both as a person and for your future professional role.

When your trainee year is completed, you will be offered a position within Skövde Energi that is arranged in consultation with you to match your skills and areas of interest.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who

· Is a recent graduate or has a maximum of 2 years of work experience after your studies.

· Is a university or master's graduate in electrical power, energy, sustainable energy systems, industrial economics, or similar.

· Is curious, solution-oriented, and has a strong desire to develop.

· Has good communication skills and enjoys collaborating.

· Master Swedish well in both spoken and written form.
