All employees perform all tasks at our facilities, making the work very enjoyable and varied. A workday may include customer service, price labeling, inventory, as well as receiving and unpacking goods. You will work in a fast-paced and changing organization with friendly colleagues and a strong corporate culture!

As a store salesperson, your most important tasks will be:

• Actively work with customer interaction – we want to provide all customers with first-class service.
• Sell high-quality building materials at the best market prices.
• Keep order and tidiness in the premises and ensure that the shelves are always well-stocked.
• Pick lumber, conduct inventory, handle incoming deliveries, and price label goods to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist in measuring and counting customers' goods.

Qualifications:

• Have an interest in renovation and construction, retail, and customer interaction.
• Driven by sales and exceeding customer expectations.
• Valid B driver's license.
• Ability to count and measure customers' goods without difficulty.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and can communicate in English.
• Available to work during the facility's opening hours.
• Can stand for and work according to our values.

• Service-oriented – has a desire to work with service and is passionate about sales.
• Fast, efficient, attentive, flexible – qualities that can provide a good customer experience.
• Responsible – for personal development and for the success of the facility – the mindset of the team before self.
• Has drive and commitment to the facility.

• Used to taking initiative and seeing what needs to be done.
• Curious to learn new things.

Other:

• Experience in construction, retail, and customer interaction is an advantage.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Forklift training and driving license are provided internally at the facility.

Working hours:

• According to the facility's opening hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
