ABOUT THE POSITION

We are now looking for someone who loves quality, speed, and really good burgers - and who wants to create memorable guest experiences in an international environment.

Jureskog is an award-winning Swedish burger chain founded by chef Johan Jureskog, known for its uncompromising focus on quality, craftsmanship, and ingredients. With us, taste, pride, and teamwork are at the center.

As a restaurant staff member at Jureskog, you are an important part of the team and the interaction with our guests. The work is varied and takes place at a fast pace. Employment type: Part-time from 50% up to full-time 100%.

Your tasks may include:

• Preparation of burgers and other food according to Jureskog's concept
• Working at the grill, frying station, and fryer
• Cash handling and sales
• Preparation (prep), refilling, and quality control
• Cleaning, dishwashing, and safe handling of food
• Contributing to a positive atmosphere and strong team spirit

Our opening hours follow the airport's operations and involve work early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.

Previous experience in restaurants, fast food, or service is an advantage but not a requirement - we provide you with the right conditions and training.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• Permanent residence permit in Sweden or EU/EES citizenship
• Valid passport
• Approved security screening and background check (requirement for work at the airport)

Having access to a car is a significant advantage, as public transport is not always adapted to the airport's opening hours.
