A family living in Stockholm is looking for a self-driven and detail-oriented household manager who wants to take overall responsibility for the home on a part-time basis. The position is approximately 12 hours per week (around 48 hours per month), with some flexibility.

This is a varied role for someone who enjoys creating order, structure, and a functioning day-to-day life in a household. You will be responsible for both recurring household tasks and practical errands—and sometimes help with simple administrative duties. Some tasks are carried out when needed (e.g., dog sitting, car service, errands).

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning about once a week
• Deeper, more thorough cleaning as needed, e.g.: wiping down inside the refrigerator, cleaning the oven, more intensive cleaning of the kitchen/bathroom
• Changing bed linen and towels
• Ironing
• Dog walks and dog sitting as needed
• Running errands, grocery shopping, buying food, flowers, etc.
• Preparing meals/dinners
• Taking the car in for service or handling similar errands as needed
• Receiving deliveries / coordinating small practical tasks in the home
• Helping with simpler administrative tasks, e.g., booking hotels and similar

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience with household work/cleaning (domestic services, working in a private home/family setting, household responsibility, housekeeper, or family manager)
• Has an eye for detail and works carefully
• Is independent and enjoys taking full responsibility for a home
• Is comfortable with animals and not afraid of dogs
• Has a B driver’s license
• Is flexible and can step in when needed
• Is reliable and has a strong sense of integrity in a private environment
• Can work with the family long term
