In the role of nursing assistant and quality supervisor at Forenede Care Korsnäsgården, you will work to provide good care, service, and support to our residents. Korsnäsgården is a special accommodation focused on dementia care and has 33 places, located in 4 different departments.

Korsnäsgården is located about 6 kilometers from central Falun, in Korsnäs. It is a single-story building with beautiful surroundings and large gardens. If you take public transport, the building is right next to the bus stop "Korsnäsgården" where bus number 11 stops.

Since March 2024, we have been a Silviahem certified operation. A Silviahem certified workplace means that all employees have received basic training in dementia knowledge. We also work according to Silviahemmet's care philosophy.

In the role of nursing assistant, you will work with care and support based on the customer's wishes, in accordance with assistance decisions and always with a strong focus on quality. You will assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation and serving, responding to alarms, and being there for social interaction. Social interaction is an important part of our work to ensure that all our residents can live life to the fullest. This can involve everything from chatting, playing games, going on outings, cycling, or coming up with fun activities together. You will also work with delegated tasks from licensed staff in the form of medication administration and training.

As a quality supervisor, you have additional responsibilities in your department regarding planning and supervision. You are responsible for creating a daily plan that you and your colleagues will work according to. You will also participate in regular management meetings. You will ensure that routines in your department are followed and adhered to.

Job Description

The position is full-time (100%) and is permanent with a probationary period of 6 months.

The position is from 260201 (February 1, 2026) or by agreement.

To be considered for the position, you need:

• The certificate "Proof of right to use the professional title nursing assistant" from the National Board of Health and Welfare.

• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing.

• Experience in elderly care and/or dementia care.

• Good computer skills.

To thrive in the position, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings while being good at creating good relationships and being service-oriented. You should have a knack for planning and be a structured person. With us, we work in teams as well as independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in that environment.

Before we offer employment, you must provide an unopened extract from the police criminal record. We also request a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or approved work permit from the Migration Agency.
