Our 1800 employees work with close care and health in Uppsala County. We offer a wide range of services within primary care. Our patients meet us at Region Uppsala's own health centers or within habilitation, and we provide advice over the phone via 1177. Education, research, and development are important to us as we adapt our services based on the needs of the residents. We already offer mobile teams, video visits, and smart e-services.

Welcome to the Resource Pool!

We are currently looking for a licensed nurse to join the Close Care and Health Resource Pool, offering a permanent position at 80-100% starting by agreement. A probationary period may apply. As an employed nurse in the Resource Pool, a flexibility supplement is provided.

Your Mission

Being employed in the Resource Pool means working at different clinics within the administration, varying your workplace based on the needs of the operations for placement and staffing. Flexibility is therefore an important part of the role, as you need to be prepared to change placement from one day to the next, as dictated by need. You will travel during work hours and will start from Kungsgärdets Center, with access to a bookable service car.

As a nurse with us, you will work with telephone advice and also, to some extent, other administrative tasks. If the operations allow, there is the possibility to perform tasks remotely. It may also be relevant to do reception work based on the needs of the operations.

In this position, you will have a stimulating, varied, and flexible job with the opportunity to work from home as well. The staff in the Resource Pool are highly valued, and to thrive in this role, you need to be someone who finds it stimulating to have short assignments at different workplaces, while also having your home base in the internal working group within the Resource Pool, which has a good community.

Your Competence

We are looking for a licensed nurse with a few years of experience in the profession and experience working in primary care. You are confident in your professional role and have a good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written. It is important that you are flexible in your working method and can easily establish contact with both patients and colleagues. The work requires good collaboration skills and you enjoy working in a team, but you also have the ability to work independently. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
