We are looking for service-oriented Receptionists/Store Assistants for the 2025 season!

Job Responsibilities

• As a receptionist at Mellbystrands, you are the comforting embrace for our guests throughout their experience with us – from the first meeting, which may occur via phone or email, to check-in and check-out.
• The position also includes some work as a store assistant in our grocery store Handlar'n, which is located in the same premises as the reception, such as stocking items and partially working at the cash register.

Your Qualities & Abilities

• You have a strong commitment to the guest and strive to find the best solution for both the guest and our business - with a smile on your face, you deliver top-class service.
• You are prepared to answer all conceivable questions from guests regarding their experience with us. We prefer that you have good local knowledge, for example, to guide and advise guests on attractions and activities in the Mellbystrand area.
• You enjoy working with varied tasks in a sometimes fast-paced environment and are a flexible and positive person.
• Since we have many Swedish and international guests, proficiency in Swedish and English is required, and German is a merit.
• We are looking for someone who is available as soon as possible and can work from April to September.

Employment Period and Schedule

The employment runs from April to September, focusing on full-time during the peak season. Working hours are varied and include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Mellbystrands Camping is a 4-star campsite on the longest sandy beach on the west coast.

Every year, tens of thousands of guests choose to spend their holidays with us in caravans, motorhomes, tents, cabins, or hotel rooms. We offer:

• Approximately 220 camping sites, 22 cabins, and 20 hotel rooms.
• A year-round open store, ice cream bar, restaurant, and beach bar open during the summer.
• A team that grows from a small number of people during the low season to about 35 during the peak season.

Since 2020, the focus of the business has been on expansion, which brings a high pace and fantastic opportunities.
