We are looking for an engaged team leader for reception and shop for the 2025 season!

At Mellbystrands Camping, we are looking for a team leader who will confidently lead our reception and shop staff and contribute to the best family holiday experience!

Job Responsibilities

As a team leader at Mellbystrands Camping, you are responsible for leading and supporting our reception and shop staff in their daily work. Your main tasks include:

• Being a role model in customer service and providing support to staff in handling customer inquiries and situations.
• Ensuring that guests receive the best possible service and a smooth experience from booking to checkout.
• Actively working to optimize the shop's operations, including inventory management and cash handling.
• Collaborating with other departments to create a comprehensive experience for our guests.

Your Qualities & Skills

• You have a strong commitment to the guest and strive to find the best solution for both the guest and our business. With a smile on your face, you deliver top-class service.
• Previous experience in leading or coordinating a team.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong commitment to creating an inspiring and pleasant work environment.
• As we have many Swedish and international guests, proficiency in Swedish and English is required, and German is a merit.
• We are looking for someone who is available as soon as possible and can work from April to September, with the possibility of extension.

Employment Period and Schedule

The employment lasts from April to September, with the possibility of part-time work during the low season and full-time during the high season. Working hours are varied and include evenings and weekends.

Who Are We?

Mellbystrands Camping is a 4-star campsite on the longest sandy beach on the west coast.

Every year, tens of thousands of guests choose to spend their holidays with us in caravans, motorhomes, tents, cabins, or hotel rooms. We offer:

• Approximately 220 camping pitches, 22 cabins, and 20 hotel rooms.
• A year-round open shop, ice cream bar, restaurant, and beach bar open during the summer.
• A team that grows from a small number of people during the low season to about 35 during the high season.

Since 2020, the focus of the business has been on expansion, which brings a fast pace and many fantastic opportunities.
