DANX is a leading transport and logistics company for spare parts in the Nordic region. We have grown significantly over the past few years and now need to strengthen our Nordic quality team with more specialists.
Our quality team specializes in addressing quality challenges and works hard to ensure the highest possible standards. Together with your team, you will focus on raising the quality standard across the Nordic region and strive to make a real difference. You will play a crucial role in our dedicated team and contribute to improving our operational processes and results.
We believe in data-driven management and insights as the key to creating improvements. Your main task will be to collect, measure, and analyze our operational KPIs to identify quality challenges and strategies to exceed our goals. You will work in various production systems and participate in exciting projects focused on problem-solving, improvement work, and change management related to work routines. Furthermore, you will be part of analyzing and driving quality projects to develop our product. We are looking for solutions that make a real difference, and your ability to perform analyses will be crucial for this work.
Responsibilities:
As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you will play a central role in our efforts to improve quality within DANX. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Conducting advanced analyses to identify improvement opportunities within quality.
- Developing and implementing analyses to optimize distribution processes across the company.
- Measuring and following up on operational key figures to ensure we meet our goals.
- Identifying quality deficiencies and contributing to improved KPIs for the Nordic market.
- Developing and implementing effective improvement processes.
- Participating in projects focused on quality improvement and operational development.
- Communicating analysis results and insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Visiting the company's various operational sites in Sweden to gain a comprehensive view and work on practical solutions on-site.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent foreign degree
- Relevant master's degree.
- Operational insight.
- Previous experience in the logistics industry.
- Geographical knowledge of Sweden. B driver's license.
- Fluent English in speaking and writing.
- IT: Office suite and analysis tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Nordic language proficiency in speaking and writing.
- Knowledge of transport management systems (TMS).
- Previous experience within DANX.

About the position:
The position is a permanent full-time employment, 40 hours/week. Working hours are Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00.
