Your Mission

Nacka Senior Center Ektorp is a nursing home with 118 places, focusing on both somatic and dementia care. The facility has a large kitchen and restaurant with chefs preparing meals from scratch, a kiosk, a comprehensive activity program, and day services. We are now looking for more fantastic care assistant colleagues for positions scheduled during the day, evening, and weekends.

Your role as a care assistant is crucial to ensure person-centered care for our clients together with the care team. Together, you will work preventively with interventions according to the quality register Senior Alert and BPSD. Your main tasks will be to assist clients in their daily lives, from personal care to contributing to a meaningful and stimulating existence based on individual needs, interests, and conditions.

Your Experience

For this position, you are required to have:

• Completed and approved care assistant training
• Experience in elderly care
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Knowledge in dementia care
• Experience in areas of responsibility (e.g., palliative representative)
