About the Position

We are looking for a Cash Leader for ICA Maxi Nacka. The checkout and customer service are the heart of the store – this is where we meet our customers both first and last. As a Cash Leader, you will play a key role in creating security in operations, inspiring the team, and contributing to a service experience that exceeds customer expectations.

You will lead the daily operations in the checkout and customer service, work operationally close to the team, and plan staffing in a smart and sustainable way. The role requires both structure and presence – you will alternate between being on the floor, supporting your colleagues, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly in everyday life.

We would like you to

Have experience in supervisory roles within retail, preferably grocery trade
Have previous experience leading teams and planning staffing
Be positive, structured, and confident in your leadership role
Have good administrative skills and a sense of order
Have very good knowledge of Swedish and English

It is an advantage if you have experience with ATG, Svenska Spel, and mail handling, as well as knowledge of ICA's store systems (SoftOne, StoreOffice, MinButik, or AoB).

Scope and Start Date

Permanent employment, averaging 30 hours per week
Start December 1, 2025, or by agreement
Varied working hours, including weekend work approximately every fourth weekend
A background check and extract from the criminal record will be conducted as part of the recruitment process
