We are looking for you with a nursing assistant education for a night shift at the elderly care home Attendo Ljung located in Värmdö. Ljung has 56 apartments spread over 2 floors, specializing in dementia, somatic care, and respite care. We are a friendly team, and with us, you will have the opportunity for professional development.

As a person, you are meticulous and engaged with clients and their relatives. You find it easy to collaborate, have a pedagogical approach, and contribute to a good and pleasant atmosphere in our workplace.

Job Description

Regular tasks in care including delegation for medication, medical technical equipment, aids, etc. We place great emphasis on person-centered care with accompanying documentation.

You enjoy working nights in elderly care, working independently as well as in a team. You enjoy providing good service, creating meaningful relationships, and want to enhance the quality of life for our clients. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about caring for the elderly and can see the individual’s needs.

Qualifications

  • Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 points.

  • Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant.

  • Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)

  • Good computer skills/computer familiarity

  • Driver's license B

  • Previous delegation experience is an advantage

  • Previous experience with medical technical equipment/aids such as oxygen concentrators, PEG, tracheostomy, etc. is an advantage
