Traveling Service Technician at Stenbergs

About the Role

As a traveling service technician, you will be part of a team of 20 other service technicians who support customers and participate in project execution. Here, you will contribute with technical expertise and support customers, colleagues, and suppliers.

The main responsibilities of the traveling service technician include performing service and maintenance on technical equipment and CNC machines, identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues, as well as collaborating with customers to understand their needs and provide technical support. Additionally, solutions in fine machining, industrial cleaning, and fluid purification are offered. The service technician works from home and performs planned and emergency maintenance, as well as training customer personnel in the care and use of products.

Are You the Right Person for the Service Technician Role?

We are looking for someone who, through engagement and a good ability to build relationships, can maintain and develop customer relationships. You have a high technical interest and good knowledge of CNC machines. You have the opportunity to travel to various customers around Sweden and the ability to share your machine knowledge with others. You have worked or are currently working with CNC machines and possess a solution-oriented mindset. Your geographical work area will be adapted based on where you live.

Requirements:

• Solid experience with CNC machines
• Driver's license B
• Swedish and English in spoken and written form

Meritorious:

• Experience as a traveling service technician in previous roles
• Experience as an industrial electrician
• Experience in PLC and automation
