We are looking for someone who is handy, solution-oriented, and thrives best when workdays offer variety. Previous experience in janitorial work or property maintenance is a plus – but most importantly, you enjoy practical work, take responsibility, and like to provide our guests with a truly great experience. A snowmobile license is required, and if you also have a wheel loader license, that is a big plus.

With us, you will have a broad and fun job role. One day you will work with classic janitorial tasks such as snow shoveling, carpentry, minor repairs, and tractor work. The next day you might be out on a snowmobile tour, assisting our guests with ice fishing, or participating in other activities that create memorable moments. It is the combination of practical work and guest interactions that makes this position unique.

We are looking for someone who spreads positive energy, enjoys collaborating, and has an easy time creating a good atmosphere around them. You see opportunities where others see problems and do not hesitate to go the extra mile to ensure the guest feels well taken care of.

You need to be fluent in Swedish to communicate with both colleagues and guests. If you have training or previous experience in property maintenance, that is a plus – but your willingness to learn, engagement, and joy in your work are equally important.

We are looking for employees for the winter season, with a working degree of 20–40 hours per week. Working hours vary and may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends, according to the applicable collective agreement in the hotel and restaurant industry.
