At ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA in Stockholm, we actively work to strengthen the presence of the Austrian business community in the Swedish market. We inform Austrian companies about how the Swedish market operates, facilitate partnerships, and provide advice regarding business transactions. We are looking for an engaged marketing assistant for our small German-speaking team for a parental leave cover from February 1, 2026, to January 31, 2027, 20 hours per week, with the possibility of extension. Since the working language in the office is German, it is essential that you are proficient in German, as well as Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

We appreciate that you are meticulous, structured, analytical, and enjoy working both independently and in a team. Given that tasks are varied, you should be able to coordinate, organize, and prioritize your work effectively, and you must enjoy being involved in multiple projects simultaneously. We place great importance on personal suitability, where your personal commitment and curiosity to learn new things are important selection factors for us.

YOUR PROFILE

We expect you to have completed studies in marketing/business or professional experience from a similar position. We assume that you have excellent PC skills and can work independently under your own responsibility.

YOUR TASKS

The position includes, among other things, the following tasks:

• processing inquiries from Austrian companies, research and analysis of market opportunities in Sweden, and facilitating business contacts
• compiling extensive industry and market reports
• planning and executing various events (e.g., smaller or larger events, study trips, or activities related to trade fairs)
• searching for adequate distribution channels
• contacts with authorities and organizations
• translations
