Tullbackagården is a nursing home with 63 apartments distributed across five departments with different focuses – both dementia and somatic care.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Working as a care assistant at Tullbackagården means that you will provide care and support based on the residents' wishes, in accordance with assistance decisions and always with a strong focus on quality. As a care assistant, you will work in a team together with the responsible nurse, unit manager, and occupational therapist. You are responsible for care interventions for the resident based on decisions, implementation plans, and care plans. Your work includes, among other things, helping residents with personal hygiene, responding to alarms, handling laundry, cleaning, and serving meals and social interaction.

You will also work with delegated tasks from licensed personnel in the form of medication administration and training. You are responsible for working in accordance with applicable legislation, routines, and policies. You participate in daily planning and follow up to ensure that interventions are carried out with good results. You document in our journal system.

Working hours are scheduled based on the needs of the business during daytime, evening & weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a licensed care assistant.

Is engaged, attentive, and has a genuine interest in working with people.

Wants to contribute to a positive work environment and develop our operations together with us.

Master Swedish in both spoken and written form.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
