JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will be an important ambassador for the Social Administration's operations. You will have a trustworthy and broad position that you can influence based on your previous experiences and competencies. Your main task will be to create the best conditions for the department's unit managers and, in turn, all employees, together with the social manager. You will do this by supporting the unit managers in matters related to operations and operational development. This means that you will be part of various networks, collaborate internally and externally, and represent the social manager in their absence.

Your days will be varied and will consist of everything from keeping yourself updated with news from the outside world to driving projects to develop the municipality's operations within the Social Administration.

QUALIFICATIONS

To thrive in this role and contribute in the best way, it is important that you are an experienced and confident leader who has managed financial governance at a strategic level. Equally important is that you have experience working in social services or healthcare, as this gives you an understanding of our operations and its various aspects.

You will lead improvement work, meetings, and structure both your own and others' work at both operational and strategic levels. Furthermore, you have the courage and ability to make decisions balanced with humility and attentiveness. In terms of education, you have a relevant academic degree in social services, healthcare, or similar, such as a degree in social work. Of course, you also have a B driver's license so that you can be on-site in our extensive municipal operations!
