The Assignment

As a team leader in Open Care, you will have the opportunity to lead an engaged team of 15 employees with diverse skills and strong commitment, together with a fellow team leader. All employees work on behalf of social workers with assessed support measures for children, youth, and their guardians.

The team works with individual treatment measures and internal development areas in close collaboration with other actors. As a team leader, you will play an important role in creating direction, inspiration, and security in daily work – while encouraging development and learning.

As part of the team leader group within the administration, you will be part of a larger leadership network where you will receive continuous supervision and collegial support in your assignment.

This is what you need to bring

To succeed in the role of team leader, we see that you have a degree in social work and experience in treatment work as well as authority exercise. You have good knowledge of the legislation, regulations, and guidelines that govern work in the area – and feel confident in applying these in practice.

It is an advantage if you have a Step 1 education or other equivalent further education, as well as experience in leading, guiding, or inspiring others in their professional development.

We are looking for someone who wants to be a driving force in a team that makes a difference. You are proactive, see opportunities, and enjoy taking responsibility. Your ability to express yourself well in both speech and writing allows you to communicate clearly and engagingly – both internally and externally.

As a person, you have a positive outlook and personal maturity that enables you to meet people with respect, curiosity, and understanding. You are structured, analytical, and solution-focused, with a genuine commitment to achieving good results for both employees and those we serve.
