We are looking for you who want to be the heart of our farm – a safe, warm, and driven site manager/all-rounder who is passionate about service, order, and care. Our operations include weddings and event arrangements, room rentals, as well as future café and shop operations. Here you will have a varied and meaningful role where no day is the same.

Desirable experiences

You don’t need to know everything from the start, but we would like you to have experience in:

• Hotels, restaurants, or cafés
• Service professions
• Cleaning and room preparations
• Setting tables, serving, and event planning
• One or more seasonal operations

Your tasks may include:

• Leading and coordinating the daily work on the farm
• Welcoming guests and ensuring they feel welcome
• Planning and executing weddings, parties, and events
• Managing the café, shop, and basic administration
• Cleaning, bedding, and preparations for guests' arrival
• Being the farm's “all-rounder” when needed – both in operations and in service

The period for part-time employment is from March 1, 2026, to September 30, with the possibility of extension and more hours than the part-time employment if needed.
