IT Continuity Leader Wanted

We are now looking for an IT Continuity Leader for our IT department.

About the Job

The role mainly involves leading and planning the Swedish Pensions Agency's IT continuity work.

You are responsible for developing and maintaining frameworks, processes, and routines for IT continuity. You will plan and lead the implementation of IT continuity tests that cover both infrastructure and applications. This also involves collaborating with other authorities, suppliers, and partners. It also includes evaluating risks and threats and communicating with key stakeholders about the status of continuity planning. In ITIL terms, you are responsible for the IT service continuity management process.

You are also expected to monitor the external environment.

Our IT development follows the SAFe framework, and our IT operations and support are managed according to the ITIL framework.

Your Profile

To thrive in the role of IT Continuity Leader with us, it is important that you are goal- and results-oriented, have the ability to take initiative to drive continuity work, have a holistic view of the organization, and possess good collaboration skills.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and suitability for the role.

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least a high school education
• Good knowledge of continuity work in an IT organization
• Several years of experience working with IT infrastructure
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have:

• A university degree in a relevant field
• Relevant work experience in a field relevant to the role, e.g., project management or another leadership position
• Experience with the ITIL process Continuity Management

Good to Know

The position is a permanent full-time position, and we apply a 6-month probationary period.

The employment may be placed in a security class.

The location is Stockholm or Luleå.
