Technical Project Manager at Combitech in Stockholm

Combitech in Stockholm is growing, and we are looking for a technical project manager who wants to lead exciting development projects at the forefront of technology. You may have experience as a project manager, Scrum Master, or Team Lead - the most important thing is that you have technical understanding, a secure leadership style, and a clear focus on delivery and quality. With us, you will work on assignments where technology, societal benefit, and sustainability meet.

Your role as a Technical Project Manager

In the role of technical project manager, you will lead technically complex projects in areas such as software, electronics, mechanics, or system integration. You will have overall responsibility for project planning, execution, and follow-up, and act as a cohesive link between development teams, customers, and other stakeholders.

You will drive projects from startup to delivery, lead and coach development teams, manage resources, risks, and dependencies, and provide technical support where needed. In agile assignments, you may also take on the role of Scrum Master.

The role involves close collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal functions, where you contribute structure, clear communication, and a good system overview to ensure progress and quality.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a relevant engineering education and several years of experience leading technical projects, for example as a project manager, Scrum Master, or Team Lead. You have a good technical understanding - regardless of whether your background is in software, electronics, mechanics, or systems engineering.

It is advantageous if you have knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban, or traditional project methodology. Perhaps you have industry experience from defense, automotive, energy, or industrial development? Or a background as an engineer or developer in software, especially with experience in Java, C, or C++.

As a person, you are structured and have a knack for creating order and clarity. You are confident in your leadership and can motivate, coach, and engage others. We are looking for someone who is communicative and builds trust in dialogue with both the team and the customer while also taking initiative and driving issues forward, even in complex contexts. You have a solution-oriented approach and a clear delivery focus.

As the position involves work that is subject to defense secrecy, you are required to undergo and be approved in a security clearance with a background check.
