About the job

Position: A part-time temporary position averaging 26 hours/week.

Start date: 2026-01-05 or by agreement.

Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.

We are looking for you who want to be part of our wonderful team at Willys Hässleholm Läreda! The position simply means that you, together with your colleagues, contribute to offering our customers good and sustainable food at really good prices. You are an important part of the store team that ensures our customers have the best shopping experience. Here’s a bit more about the position:

  • Together with your colleagues, you manage the daily operations in the store.
  • You unpack goods and ensure our shelves are well-stocked and look nice.
  • You make sure the store is clean and tidy.
  • You assist our customers and meet them with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile.
  • You help our customers at the checkout or any of our other checkout options.
  • Once you have worked for a while, you actively participate in ordering and sales planning and contribute to the store achieving its sales and profitability goals.

About you

  • You want to learn new things and develop.
  • You have a positive attitude and want to have fun at work.
  • You see when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done.
  • You find it easy to collaborate with others – we work together as a team!
  • It’s an advantage if you have worked in a store or with service, but it’s not a requirement.
  • You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do too, that’s great!
