Kentima is a well-established growing company that develops, sells, and manufactures its own products used to streamline, control, and monitor various environments and processes within the Automation and Security industries.

Kentima has experienced good growth in recent years and has many well-known customers such as ABB, AFRY, Assemblin, Bravida, Caverion, Elajo, Sonepar, Granitor, Sandvik, Rejlers, Schneider, and Siemens. Our products cover a wide range of needs for customers in sectors such as process and manufacturing industry, property owners, water treatment plants, hospitals, airports, and the public sector.

We currently have about 30 happy and engaged employees working at our headquarters in Staffanstorp. We also have sales offices in Gothenburg and Stockholm. We offer you an exciting and developing position as a salesperson at Kentima located in Staffanstorp. With us, you will work with highly knowledgeable colleagues, and we have close collaboration and knowledge exchange between departments. Your Role

As a Sales Representative in Automation at Kentima, you will have an exciting role where you will work with high-tech products, relationship building, and where you, together with the rest of the team, will increase the company's sales. Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • proactively approach new customers – contact, visit, and convert potential customers into buying customers.
  • continuously develop existing customers – visit existing customers and create various activities to increase sales.
  • increase sales per customer by effectively working to sell all products within Automation to customers.
  • understand the customer's technical needs, conduct needs analysis, and then offer a precise proposal with competitive and future-proof products and solutions that provide real value to the customer.
  • educate yourself with the latest knowledge about our products and new technology, what is happening in the automation industry, and then apply this in your work to drive business forward.
  • represent Kentima at trade shows and other events.

We are looking for someone who

  • has good experience in sales and industry knowledge/experience in Automation
  • has generally high IT knowledge and experience and knowledge of HMI/SCADA or similar systems.
  • feels comfortable in business meetings and discussions with decision-makers
  • is business-driven, relationship-building, and self-motivated with great drive
  • works in a structured and goal-oriented manner and drives offers to orders
  • has a B driver's license
  • is open to traveling for work
  • aims to conduct approximately 15-20 physical customer visits per month as well as a large number of team meetings
  • is open to customer visits that involve overnight stays in hotels, which also applies to trade shows and other customer events
  • is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
