Production Leader at Hydroware

We are now looking for a Production Leader who is passionate about efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. With us, you will have a central role where you lead part of our production in line with the company's values and goals – ensuring that our customers always receive their elevators on time and with the highest quality.

About the position

As a production leader at Hydroware, you will play an important role in ensuring that our production runs smoothly and with high delivery reliability according to customer expectations; you will work proactively to avoid late deliveries. You will be responsible for planning and following up on work within three departments at the end of the production flow.

The role also includes driving improvement work both in daily operations and long-term, while having overall responsibility for work management, safety, and working environment.

As a production leader, you will have personnel responsibility for a group of nearly 20 employees. You will be responsible for leading the work in the area with a focus on tasks, staffing in the department, skills development, and rehabilitation. You will conduct employee reviews and salary discussions, develop the organization in your area, and ensure that the company's values and guidelines are followed. You will work closely with other production leaders, the Head of Operations, and HR.

Who are you?

We see that you who are applying have:

Worked for several years in a leading role, such as team leader, production leader, or manager. We hope that you have experience in leading personnel in a production environment.
Experience in managing deliveries and ensuring that products are delivered on time and with the right quality.
Education at least at the high school level or equivalent education assessed as comparable.
Good knowledge of the Office suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

You have a coaching leadership style and an approach that encourages the group to take responsibility and make decisions. You have a good ability to plan and work independently, with structure and focus on results and timely delivery. Attention to detail and working with quality is a given for you, as is a systematic approach.

You are service-oriented with a strong customer focus and find it easy to build good relationships – you are social, helpful, and clear in your communication. Your communicative side enables you to collaborate effectively with both your own employees and other parts of the company, customers, and suppliers.

We believe that you are proactive and have the ability to prioritize, even when the pace is high. Flexibility is one of your strengths – you thrive on managing multiple tasks simultaneously and see opportunities where others see obstacles. Simply put, you enjoy rolling up your sleeves and getting the job done.
