The headquarters and production are located in Nora, outside Örebro.

As a step in the forward vision, Danfo is currently seeking a senior salesperson focused on opening new markets and initiatives to broaden the business. We at Asta Agency are collaborating with Danfo in this recruitment process. The process is conducted through Asta, and you will then be employed directly by Danfo.

About the Position

In the role of technical salesperson, you will have overall responsibility for certain existing customer groups as well as responsibility for identifying and winning new markets for Danfo's customized solutions in public environments. The role suits you who thrive with long-term processing, build trust over time, and enjoy translating customer needs into technically sustainable and business-oriented solutions. You will drive prospecting, qualify opportunities, lead quote and contract work, and follow the business from early sketches to order, in close collaboration with technology and production.

You will translate requirements into clear specifications, drive the selection of options and design, and call for smooth handovers before detailed design and production. Lead times can vary, sometimes months, sometimes longer, and the role therefore requires structure, patience, and a methodical approach in CRM for pipeline, forecasting, and follow-up. At the same time, you will become an important cultural ambassador: attentive, professional, and energetic, who strengthens the customer perspective and creates momentum in the processing. Travel in the role occurs regularly.

Examples of key tasks:

  • Prospect existing and new markets and prioritize the right opportunities based on potential and profitability.

  • Conduct needs analysis, site visits, and develop solution proposals with drawing documentation and calculations.

  • Lead quotes, negotiations, and contracts; ensure smooth order placement and internal handover.

  • Follow up on delivery/installation, gather references, and develop long-term customer relationships.

  • Work data-driven in CRM with activity goals, forecasts, and lessons learned that improve the next business.

Qualifications and Attributes

You contribute to Danfo's cultural journey with an attentive, professional, and energetic working style. As a relationship-building salesperson, you combine business acumen with a genuine technical interest and move seamlessly between customer needs, drawing documentation, and calculations. You work structured and persistently through long sales cycles, build trust over time, and drive business from the first contact to order with both pace and quality. In meetings with customers, you are attentive, reliable, and clear; internally, you naturally interact with technology, production, and marketing to translate requirements into robust solutions. Your accuracy and analytical ability are reflected in well-founded quotes and accurate prioritizations in CRM, while your drive helps you open new doors and make things happen. You communicate clearly, negotiate confidently, and consistently learn from each business to raise the level in the next. Additionally, you are comfortable with digital working methods and curious about new tools that make sales smarter and more precise.

Additionally, you have:

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably within technical solutions.

  • Experience in working to open up new markets and segments.

  • Good ability to understand technical documentation and customer adaptations.

  • Experience in driving the entire sales process – prospecting, needs analysis, calculations, quotes, and contracts.

  • Driving license B.

Preferred Experiences:

  • Sales to the public sector or through subcontractors.

  • Industries such as contracting/construction, public environments, logistics/industry.

  • Experience in procurement, framework agreements, and complex deals with multiple stakeholders.

  • Understanding of drawings, construction, installation, and technical project management.

Other Information
  • Start: As soon as possible.

  • Location: Sweden, travel in the role occurs regularly.

  • Scope: Full-time.

  • Salary: By agreement, fixed salary and bonus model. A company car is offered.
