The operation is located in Karlstad and covers the entire municipality, serving customers between 07:00 and 22:00, every day of the week.

Job Description

We work to harness each individual's strengths and abilities, focusing on their specific needs and wishes.

You are responsible for providing customers with high-quality care and support.

This includes personal care and support, utilizing the customer's own resources, activation and social interaction with customers, as well as outdoor activities, preparing, cooking, and serving meals, laundry, and cleaning in the customer's home. Documentation according to Sol, as well as medication delegation.

You will work with ambitious colleagues who have a good sense of humor.

About You

We are looking for someone with a nursing assistant education or experience in care work. It is an advantage if you have previously worked in elderly care. Great emphasis is placed on interaction, communication, contact management, and documentation in the journal system.

You enjoy providing good service, building strong relationships, and want to enhance the quality of life for our customers. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about elderly care and can see the individual needs.

Qualifications

• Nursing assistant education (or equivalent education) of at least 1350 points.

• Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant.

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written).

• Good computer skills/computer familiarity.

• Bicycle experience is a requirement.

Meritorious

• It is an advantage if you have previously worked in elderly care.

• Driving license B is an advantage.
