Job Description

We at NearYou are currently looking for a team player with a mechanic and craftsman background, preferably with experience in fine carpentry and electrical work, for an established family-owned company in the recreational vehicle industry outside Alingsås. They are now seeking a new employee for their workshop team. The company is one of the leading players in Sweden in the sale and service of caravans and motorhomes and has been active for over 40 years. The business operates from a large facility outside Alingsås and consists of a close-knit team of a handful of employees. There is a great opportunity for employment with the customer!

Qualifications

You will be part of the workshop where craftsmanship, problem-solving, and teamwork are in focus. The work is varied and practical, with an emphasis on construction, assembly, and electrical work in and around recreational vehicles. Often, it involves adapting and building solutions that are not readily available – precision and attention to detail are required.

The tasks are varied:

• Insurance and moisture damage
• Service
• Manufacturing and assembly of accessories

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a team player with a mechanic and craftsman background, preferably with experience in fine carpentry and electrical work. You have a B driver's license, are meticulous, and enjoy a job where each day can look different.
