Your mission

As a service technician focusing on lock and key systems & alarms, you will perform work orders within your area of expertise and be responsible for the administration of locks & keys. The role also includes:

• Administering and being responsible for key & lock systems, both digital and mechanical.
• Assigning permissions in lock systems, access systems & alarm systems.
• Taking initiative and driving security-enhancing measures in our property portfolio.
• Performing repairs and replacements of locks, lock cylinders, fittings, door closers, etc.
• Troubleshooting, ordering repairs, and being responsible for all types of padlocks and door automation at Mölndalsbostäder.
• Participating in projects regarding lock, key, and alarm management.
• Performing simple calculations to assess costs related to repairs or replacements and participating in budget work within the operations and service department.
• Posting and approving invoices.
• Managing purchases in the purchasing system.

About you

We prefer that you have experience with similar responsibilities and tasks as well as being handy and having a technical interest.

The position involves many contacts, both within and outside the company, which is why you are also good at collaborating with other people. You are used to meeting customers and have a very good sense of customer communication where you easily understand the customer's situation and keep your promises. You are service-oriented with the customer in focus.

You enjoy having daily contact with tenants, are communicative, and can express yourself well in speech and writing. You use digital tools in your administration fluently and are used to independently planning and following up on your work.

Qualifications:

• Completed high school education and at least three years of experience in similar work.
• Driver's license B.
• Knowledge of one of the digital lock systems Assa Pulse, Iloq, or Aptus.
• Knowledge of lock and key management and door automation.
• Very good IT skills in the relevant areas for the position.

Meritorious:

• Hot work, certificate.
• Electrical authorization B (BB1).
• Technical knowledge and experience with alarm systems.
