Brogyllen is a classic pastry shop founded in 1962. Brogyllen is a genuine family business, we are passionate about what we do and use only pure ingredients to ensure our products maintain the highest quality. All our products are crafted according to the rules of the art to achieve a perfect result. In our stone oven bakery located in Mölndal, we bake all our bread with sourdough. In our pastry shop, we love to create classic pastries and cakes with a twist. We create everything from scratch using high-quality ingredients, and care and precision are important to us.

As a person, you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are unpretentious and communicative. You are comfortable in the role and understand the importance of making decisions. You can create beautiful cakes with marzipan decorations, you can make Danish pastries, soft cakes, confectionery pieces, shape fine breads and buns, and you have an aesthetic eye.

We are currently looking for a baker/pastry chef for Brogyllen who, together with our fantastic team, wants to deliver beyond the ordinary and exceed our guests' expectations time and time again.

We are looking for someone who enjoys following trends and is passionate about gastronomy, and who sees it as a given that good food should be an experience for both the palate and the eye. You are outgoing, positive, meticulous, and find it inspiring to help start new concepts.
