We are now looking for an engaged nursing assistant who wants to help create a meaningful everyday life, day, evening, and weekend for our elderly with dementia. Norrevång is a special accommodation within Tomelilla Municipality, where we together create safety and care around the clock for our elderly citizens. Here we work with a person-centered approach and put the residents' needs at the center.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As staff with us, you will work to provide good care, safety, and service to our residents.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Provide person-centered care based on each individual's needs and wishes
• Supervision and care
• Documentation according to current routines
• Collaboration with colleagues within the team and relatives
• Alarm management
• Support during meals, hygiene, and medication management
• Create safety and structure in everyday life for people with dementia

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a trained nursing assistant
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Is calm, responsible, and secure in your professional role
• Empathetic, responsible, and proactive
• Good ability to collaborate and work independently
• Has computer skills and preferably experience with documentation in the combine system

It is an advantage if you have experience in:

• Work in special accommodation
• Work in dementia care
• Delegation in health and medical care
• Low-affect response
• BPSD and senior alert
