Region Skåne's public primary care is now opening a clinic for psychotherapy care at Vårdcentralen Vinslöv. We will offer high-quality psychological treatment to our patients.
The goal is to conduct independent work while sharing premises and a manager with Vårdcentralen Vinslöv. By sharing space with the health center, there is an opportunity for a larger social context and close collaboration with colleagues from various professions. In addition, administrative support will be available to handle ongoing administration within the psychotherapy care.

You play an important role in supporting and treating patients with various mental challenges and contributing to enhancing their quality of life through talk therapy and evidence-based methods.
Vårdcentralen Vinslöv is strategically located between Hässleholm and Kristianstad. We are in large airy premises that are well adapted for the operation where everyone fits under one roof. Just under two kilometers away is the train station where regular departures take you from the rest of Skåne to us in Vinslöv. If you commute by car, we have a large and free parking lot. Vinslöv is a rural health center where we treat patients of different ages with varying medical backgrounds.
We have a good staffing with permanently employed personnel in all professional categories. We have just over 6,000 registered patients. With us work district nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, receptionists, occupational therapists, dietitians, social workers, and physiotherapists. We have five specialists in general medicine, and since we are a training health center, we have several training doctors both in specialist training (ST), general training (AT), and basic training (BT). The unit also has a child health center (BVC) and a rehabilitation team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In your daily work, you will have independent responsibility for your treatments, while always having a supportive team behind you. You will meet patients with mental and behavioral health issues and contribute valuable psychosocial support through supportive and therapeutic conversations. By assessing the patient's mental health from a holistic perspective, you will use evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to create the best possible treatment, both at the individual and group level.
The assignment also includes receiving referrals and collaborating with referrers from other health centers in the area within psychotherapy care.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist, specializing in CBT, with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale are a requirement. We see it as a positive if you have experience of independent treatment work, work within primary care, and the PMO journal system.
You are a confident and self-assured professional who enjoys making your own decisions and working independently. At the same time, you are humble, helpful, and always focused on putting the patient first. You have a strong ethical approach and a natural ability to collaborate and build relationships both with patients and colleagues. Through your commitment and positive attitude, you actively contribute to improvement work and an inspiring and joyful work climate. You also want to help shape the future of care together with us and develop our operations to new heights. As we are keen to find the right person for the position, we place great importance on personal suitability.
