As a physiotherapist in the Rehabilitation Unit

As a physiotherapist in the Rehabilitation Unit, you will be responsible for physiotherapeutic assessment, investigation, goal setting, and interventions. Interventions may include training, guiding patients, relatives, colleagues, and prescribing assistive devices. You will work closely with other professionals in the interdisciplinary team, where we together create safety and participation for the individuals we meet.

As a physiotherapist with us, you will not only contribute your expertise to the care work, but you will also be involved in shaping how we organize and develop our work moving forward.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist or a student in the 6th semester, and who has a genuine interest in rehabilitation, activity, and participation. You enjoy working in a team, see opportunities in change, and want to actively contribute to the development of primary care practices in line with the vision of Close Care. Since communication and documentation are part of your tasks, you need good computer skills and be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. It is an advantage if you have knowledge of documentation in Lifecare HSL, MyLoc, and Mina planer. A B driver's license is a requirement.

The activities of the Care Administration are aimed at the elderly and individuals who need functional support as well as those in need of home healthcare. The activities are functionally divided into four areas: support in ordinary housing, support in care and nursing homes, health and medical care, and functional support. The administration also includes the authority unit, national gymnasium, and assistive technology center in Eastern Skåne.
