REGION SKÅNE

to apply for the job

Make a difference. Every day.

Do you have experience in coordination and are looking for your next challenge? We are now welcoming a coordinator to a joint initiative between Adult Psychiatry Kristianstad, primary care, and the municipalities in northeastern Skåne related to the dual diagnosis reform.

Organizationally, you will belong to the Adult Psychiatry Clinic for Dependency, Kristianstad.

The Dual Diagnosis Inquiry proposes a comprehensive reform of society's efforts for individuals with dual diagnoses. The inquiry identifies a number of development needs concerning the target group of individuals with severe dependency or dual diagnoses.

The reform includes proposals for changed governance, meaning that the responsibility for care and treatment efforts for harmful use and dependency will shift from municipalities to regions. It also includes proposals for legislative changes such as the mandatory requirement for coordinated care and support services, as well as the inclusion of LVM as part of LPT. The municipality's mission is clarified in relation to social support efforts, social contexts, employment, and housing.

The government urges municipalities and regions to prepare for a possible implementation of the proposals. The Dual Diagnosis Inquiry provides examples of what regions and municipalities need to implement together and separately during a gradual implementation.
