Home Care Coordinators Wanted at Katrinetorp
The Katrinetorp ordinary housing unit currently consists of 13 sections distributed across three resource areas. We are now looking for two home care coordinators in the Lockarp resource area: one main coordinator and one resource coordinator.

Job Responsibilities
As a home care coordinator, you will have an overall overview and be responsible for daily coordination and schedule planning of the home care area's services, in close collaboration with the section manager and other employees in the area.
You will also work with absence planning and ensure short-term staffing, primarily using our Lifecare planning system. You will receive orders from the authority department and handle ongoing other tasks that arise in the operations. You will have daily contact with users and relatives, as well as other internal and external actors related to the operations.
The work is scheduled Monday to Friday, with weekend duties every 6th weekend.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
- Approved high school education
- Experience in a similar administrative or coordinating role
- Good digital competence
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
It is advantageous if you have:
- High school education with a focus on care and nursing
- Experience in nursing work
- Experience in municipal operations
- Knowledge of the Lifecare planning system
The role of home care coordinator requires you to be communicative, have good collaboration skills and social competence, as well as a professional approach. You have the interest, willingness, and ability to help others and work solution-oriented to contribute to a high-quality operation.
To succeed in the role, you need to have a good ability to plan, structure, and prioritize your tasks, as you will handle multiple ongoing cases simultaneously in a changing everyday life. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can manage periods of high workload, and are flexible, patient, and meticulous with an eye for detail.
The role has a clear focus on digital working methods and requires good digital competence. It is natural for you to use the computer as a working tool, and you are accustomed to working with various digital tools, such as Teams or similar, and can easily familiarize yourself with new digital tools.
