HMC in Landskrona opened in 2014 and today we have over 7000 registered patients. We are located in newly built premises at Frögatan 16 in Landskrona with good communication and parking facilities.

Job Description

As our patient base with diabetes grows, we need to expand our staffing to meet the influx of cases. You will work alongside the regular diabetes nurse and in collaboration with other diabetes nurses at our other HMC units. You will have the support of an interdisciplinary team, close collaboration with the responsible physician, regular quality rounds, and a network with other diabetes nurses in our organization.

About You

We are looking for a licensed nurse or district nurse with further education in diabetes care. We would like you to have good experience with record-keeping in the PMO journal system.
