They drive analysis, automation, routing, quality assurance, and interaction flows across all our channels — chat, email, social media, telephony, and more. When AI is not enough, a seamless handover to humans occurs.
Internally, we work AI-first with modern tools like Cursor, allowing us to develop faster, more structured, and with higher quality.

This is what you will do
- Develop applications for both customers and our own AI-driven SaaS products.
- Create features that automate customer communication across all channels with smart fallback to human agents.
- Write clear, robust, and easily understandable code that follows KISS and is structured for global scale.
- Build and improve AI flows together with advanced language models.
- Take responsibility throughout the development chain and shape core features of our platform.
- Work in an environment where AI is integrated into design, development, testing, and optimization.
Your Skills
We do not require formal education — drive, curiosity, and the ability to think smartly weigh heavier.
It is good if you can:
- HTML & CSS
- TypeScript
- Node.js
- Vue
- MySQL
- Git
Swedish is required. English is a plus.
