Service Advisor at Toveks Bil in Motala
We are a first-generation family business operating in car sales and service. Toveks Bil was founded in 1994 by Gregor Tovek, who is still the main owner. We have approximately 850 employees within the group and a turnover of about 5 billion SEK. We have facilities in 18 locations mainly in western Sweden and are dealers for Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Skoda, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, and Scania.
We operate under three different companies but under a common brand – Toveks Bil.
About the position
As a service advisor with us, you are the company's face to the outside world and the spider in the web. You will greet our customers, guide them through their service process, and provide support and advice. A significant part of your job is to ensure that customers feel welcome and that they leave with a positive experience after their visit.
Your main tasks include digitally building services and repairs in our systems, scheduling our customers' cars in the workshop, receiving and handing over cars, pricing jobs, and contacting customers with price proposals. You will also assess warranty claims, insurance matters, handle customer complaints, and guide customers. The computer and its systems are your primary working tools along with the phone. In your work, you will strive to optimize the productivity and operation of the workshop.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with experience in a service role within the automotive industry who enjoys a position with a lot of customer contact. You are used to handling multiple tasks simultaneously and are solution-oriented. Furthermore, we believe you have a strong commitment and personal integrity. We think you are good at driving your work independently and completing what you have started. As a person, you have a results focus and strive to develop yourself, the role, and your team.
In the role of service advisor, you will meet customers daily in our showrooms, over the phone, and via email. You will work with market-leading brands and the latest technology in cars, such as connected cars, apps, and electrified vehicles. This requires your technical knowledge and interest.
