Do you want to be part of developing the work of the education office and ensure that our decision-making documents and processes maintain high quality? We are looking for someone who wants to take a key role in managing committee coordination, information management, and continue to drive administrative development.

Your responsibilities

Your area of responsibility as an investigator includes:

- Responsibility for committee coordination within the education office's committees; the education committee, district committees, and the labor and business committee. You will work together with committee secretaries, committee chairs, the education director, operational managers, and business strategists.
- Ensuring the quality of necessary documents and committee matters. This means keeping track of the annual cycle for ongoing work with committee matters and preparatory forums as well as the office's presentations at committee meetings.
- Your ability to provide feedback and support case handlers in their work with texts to facilitate understanding for committee meetings is an important part of the assignment.
- You are expected to independently write referrals and your own matters continuously and collaborate with business strategists on referrals, surveys, and follow-ups.
- Follow up and develop the office's processes related to committee administration and system support to create efficient and legally secure workflows.
- Keep the information management plans up to date and drive the network for archive reporters, which is crucial for our information management and regulatory compliance.
- Systematically drive quality work within the area and further develop investigative methodologies.

Who are you?

Requirements
- University degree in public administration, political science, social sciences, law, or equivalent experience
- Experience in municipal administration and its processes, as well as working with committees
- Documented experience in investigative work
- Very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish

Meritorious
- Worked as a committee secretary
- Experience in communicating clearly, providing support, and developing the competence of others
- Experience in driving development projects or quality development
