JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The assignment includes following up and monitoring the quality work in your team together with the unit manager. This includes, among other things, ensuring that guidelines and routines are followed and that the team works towards achieving the established goals of the organization.

As a quality responsible care assistant, you are part of the team and also work with regular care tasks. In your work, you will collaborate with other quality responsible care assistants in the facility. Your assignment includes coaching and guiding the staff in the team you are responsible for.

QUALIFICATIONS

Certified care assistant. You must be able to present a professional certificate. Experience and knowledge in care and nursing are required. You have the ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and possess good computer skills.

Probationary employment may apply. Karlskrona municipality works with full-time as the norm and offers 100% employment, but with the possibility of part-time. Working hours are scheduled during the day and evening on weekdays and weekends. Karlskrona municipality works with collaborative shifts, which means that part of the working hours may be performed at another workplace.
