The position belongs to the Development and Management area, where the focus is on creating and managing tailored IT solutions for the entire municipality group. Due to the broad operations, there is a need for software developers with different backgrounds and skills, providing good opportunities to take on both challenging and developing initiatives.

With us, assignments are planned based on your strengths, goals, and development ambitions. You often work in teams with colleagues from the IT department and the operations, and we place great importance on knowledge sharing and collaboration. To strengthen this, we arrange regular competence exchanges and experience sharing where colleagues meet to inspire and develop together.
