The Role of Specialist Physician

You will be part of our medical team consisting of specialist physicians and resident physicians. In addition to the medical group, you will work in a team with doctors, psychologists, nurses, caregivers, social workers, unit managers, and medical administrators who all value each other.

As a specialist physician in psychiatry, you will work clinically. In our operations, we have a development-oriented approach and want you to join us on this journey. An important part of your work will be prioritization and focus on efficiency and quality care. You will receive support in your work from the clinic management and the medically responsible leader. Your role includes responsibility for mentoring junior doctors in psychiatric outpatient care.

The position is a permanent employment with start date by agreement.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is a physician and has specialist competence in psychiatry, or someone who is nearly a specialist with good knowledge and skills in the field. Additionally, basic IT skills for the profession and language skills in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale are required.

You are a natural team player and place great value on being part of a group with high aspirations. You communicate clearly, are flexible, and value patient contact and teamwork. Personal suitability is highly emphasized.
