About the position

Hellidshemmet is an elderly care home beautifully located at the foot of Hellidsberget. The residence is surrounded by a scenic environment with walking and cycling paths to Hellidens castle and waterways. The facility has common areas for meals, social interaction, various activities, and a shared outdoor space.

We are looking for two nursing assistants for the elderly care home Hellidshemmet in Tidaholms municipality. The work includes regular care tasks as well as delegated health and medical care tasks.

The positions are permanent employment with immediate start or according to agreement. Working hours are scheduled for days and evenings, weekdays as well as weekends.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with formal education as a nursing assistant from a care program. Furthermore, we prefer candidates with good knowledge of dementia diseases and experience working with BPSD. Supervisory training and experience from lifecare are advantageous.

Basic IT skills and computer proficiency are required as computers/smartphones are used in the work for documentation and registration. Since a large part of your tasks involves communication and documentation, good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form is required.

As a person, you are positive and responsible. You also need to have a good ability to build strong relationships while supporting individuals to have a good everyday life. You should enjoy working independently as most of the work is done alone, but you also need to be able to work in a team.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

A driver's license is desirable.
