About the job

At the home healthcare in Ljungskile, we are a wonderful team of nurses working together to provide the best possible health and medical care.

The position includes nursing responsibility for approximately 20-25 patients. At our workplace, we care for each other and our working environment. We work both independently and in teams with assessments as well as performing medical actions and nursing interventions. Your future colleagues have a close collaboration and work to create and maintain good relationships with each other and others.

We work two weekends in ten weeks. Other working hours are scheduled during the day.

Job responsibilities

  • Regular tasks within home healthcare.
  • Work independently and in teams with assessments and interventions.
  • Perform medical actions.
  • Delegate and mentor nursing staff.
  • Work closely with nursing staff, unit managers, doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and nursing colleagues.
  • Participate in developing the work with close care.

Qualifications

  • Licensed nurse.
  • Driver's license B.

It is an advantage if you have experience in municipal health and medical care. It is also an advantage if you are a district nurse or have another relevant specialist nursing degree.

Conditions

For positions where a license/valid proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare on protected professional title is required, this must be submitted before employment.

Language assessment is conducted for certain professional groups before employment can be considered.

Criminal record checks are conducted for all employment within the social administration.

For employment within HVB operations, an extract from HVB homes is requested.

For employment in activities aimed at children with disabilities, extracts for children with disabilities and verification of personal information are requested.

For other employment within the social administration, an extract for verification of personal information is requested.

If the extract is not digital, it must be brought in an unopened envelope at the time of verification.

Employment is subject to the necessary decisions being made.
